Disappearing purchased horses!!

My daughter is an extreme horse enthusiast.
She loved this game. Except, when you purchase horses and have more than 5 in your stable, they dont appear. Since she named them she was happy to take care of them & rude bur very upset when most of them were missing; especially since she saved her own money to purchase them. Huge DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Please fix! Restore purchases button also does not work!!
Its dishonest to charge $$ for something and not provide that purchased item. Wish we could contact the developer for a refund...we will be working on a request for a refund or restoration of purchases.
